Rapid Cure Screen Printing Dye Blocker by Screen Print Direct® is a low-temperature cure plastisol under base ink that helps prevent dye migration on a variety of fabric types.

What makes a dye blocker different than a low-temperature cure underbase screen printing ink? Rapid Cure Dye Blocker filters dye molecules before they reach the ink surface on 100% polyester dark garments. Make your topcoat ink pop with our high opacity blocker. Rapid Cure Dye Blocker allows you to cover dark garments with ease.

When printing on fabrics that are subject to possible dye migration you can feel at ease knowing that Rapid Cure Dye Blocker will act as a barrier between your topcoat of ink and the garment.

Our Rapid Cure Dye Blocker eliminates the need for polyester or low bleed inks as a topcoat ink. You can use a standard plastisol ink when using Dye Blocker as a base.

Directions:

1. Print Rapid Cure Dye Blocker as a base layer before your topcoat.
2. Flash Rapid Cure Dye Blocker.
3. Print final color on top of the Dye Blocker.
4. Fully cure the ink.
